I stayed there mi June.
The hotel itself is not bad, my room was big.
Elevator was not working.
The woman who received us (around 6pm) was particularly impolite, rude.
On the other hand the morning team was quite nice to us.

The feeling was already mixed when leaving the hotel.
A week later I contacted them as I forgot there an item which is valuable to my GF.
Contacted them by mail, then through social networks. Got no answer.
After I asked again, I got rude answers telling me not to message them on their social networks. The person I talked to made a whole drama, saying I was harassing them and other such comments.

I am disapointed of their lack of professionalism and of this poor service.

No AC, no good Wifi connection, no smart TV, no bedsheet in summer ( only blanket) , no easy access trough the restaurants.

Stayed there for about a week, loved this place!
Very conveniently located with both side entries from the Viktoriastraße and the Bermuda Triangle, walkable from Bochum Hauptbahnhaf.
Neatly minimally decorated rooms with everything exactly where they should be, in a white peaceful colour scheme.

The cafe/restaurant downstairs is great, they serve fantastic breakfast!

The entry can be a bit confusing, there is no formal lobby per se, there is no elivator.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. The staff was also very friendly. Only some of the rooms have access to an elevator, which was a little disappointing. The rooms do not come with AC, so it got pretty warm. In addition, the hotel is located next to a bunch of bars, so be prepared to hear noise until the early morning hours. While the hotel itself was fine, the location itself would deter me from staying again.

I visited at a sunny Friday morning for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly, we got to choose where to sit, the food was reasonably priced for beeing extremely tasty and the overall atmosphere was relaxed.

Never stayed here but spent a few hours at the bar, which is also the reception. Friendly service and good beer, can recommend the local Bernstein beer.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff, comfy clean and nice rooms, would definitely choose this hotel again ❤️
