Here is near the river: Kemnadersee. The music is not so loud and just relaxing vibe. It's covered with fine sand. There are a plenty of seats and some are tented with sunshade so that it is good in sunny weather. No worry about sunburn.
I was on the weekend and enjoyed the weather with gentle breeze. Taking a nap is good idea after having a beer :)

Very nice place with relaxing ambient and good music. Although we found that accidentially, we had a great time there.
