We had an amazing day at the cafe! The staff were great and so helpful, especially when our youngest needed a bit of help getting closer to the birds. We bought some stuff for our lovebirds at home and they love it!

A brilliant way to spend an afternoon, having cake and coffee in the middle of a whole flock of colourful parrots--big ones, small ones, green and red and blue and yellow...so many different birds. The staff is friendly and helpful, the cake is delicious, but the best part is the opportunity to see and be with these amazing, colourful, excited, happy parrots. It is a great experience!

My friend went there to buy a couple of young healthy birds, now he has to deal with their health issues. At least one problem was confirmed and even treated several times by owner for free, meanwhile the other is still being ignored.
I dont quite understand how such a professional team can allow themselves to sell sick bird that requires constant attention to a newbie especially after a long consultation they are giving. Also i dont really get how could they miss that fact that the other bird is actually 12 years old,
its literally written on its ring, and it was sold as a young one.
Another strange thing is, that they are selling birds in couples, but were willing to switch birds just like that when my friend adressed the health issue problem. I can be mistaken, but saying a lot about bonding and then breaking the couple is a controversial thing to do.
I would highly suggest to think twice before going there to buy a companion, and if you do, dont hesitate and go straight to a vet.

Super cool park! The birds are well kept and their enclosures are clean. Some birds are very friendly and even say hello to you! You can also buy very nice toys and perches/stands as well as supplies and cages.

We got our Shaka here, we are so grateful. This is the best Papageien park in Ruhrgebiet ????.
They have all parrots supplies..food,treats,toys,perching stands etc. The cafe is perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while having the best time with parrots.
