So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Für eine gestresste+überforderte Servicekraft habe ich zwar in der aktuellen Zeit grundsätzlich Verständnis, aber wie überall im Leben spielt der Ton die Musik! Ein absolut unverschämtes Auftreten, was an uns, als Gast, ausgelebt wurde. Ich arbeite selbst im Vertrieb, aber bei unseren Kunden könnte ich mir ein solches Benehmen nicht erlauben, denn ohne Kunden haben wir irgendwann keinen Job mehr, und das ist dem Mitarbeiter hier wohl aktuell nicht mehr bewusst.
Schade, aber das musste gesagt werden! Vielleicht hilft die Rezension zum Nachbessern und regt zum Nachdenken "pro Kunde" an!
