Leider hat es mit der telefonischen Vorbestellung am Vorabend meiner Medikamente nicht geklappt. Nur 1 von 3 Medikamenten waren zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit da. Die anderen mussten bei einem anderen Großhändler bestellt werden. Ärgerlich, denn die Medikamente sollte ich morgens einnehmen.

Das Team ist immer sehr freundlich und kompetent. Es wird immer nach Lösungen gesucht falls es notwendig ist. Wenn mal was nicht vorrätig ist, wird es bestellt und im Normalfall kann man es am selben Tag abholen oder auf Wunsch liefern lassen.
