I'm just wondering why ordering online costs me 1€ more for every burger than picking up or ordering by phone. Does the Plattform I'm ordering through charges 1€ on every burger in addition to the delivery charges ???

Also It's my basic right as a customer to get a bill, even without asking for it, but FoodBrothers dudes tend to have another opinion: "if you call to order I can't give you a bill, but if you order online I will give you one"
Why? Because the prices are simply different.????
Well, I am upset because I'm writing this at the first place, since I'm a VERY OLD customer from the first day FB opened here in Bochum and I'm not arguing about food quality. In my opinion, customer experience comes first, way before delicious meals, and I can say after multiple orders that FB Bochum is sadly VERY BAD organised.
Nobody could argue about the burger and the quality of the food, it's good overall and ONLY for that 2 stars.

If the buns were baked inhouse, I would give this place 5 stars. Sometimes the burgers are a bit over seasoned and a bit too salty but not always

Burger meat was juicy and tasty, cheddar was rich and the bacon was crispy and full of flavor. The barbecue sause was amazing with a distinct smoked flavor. All in all it’s a great experience. The service is good and the staff is friendly. Although the food takes some time to get prepared, after you see it you’ll know why. The burger is perfectly arranged and rarely drops anything out while biting. Highly recommended!

FRESH BURGER ALERT... not made from frozen beef.

As an American, I feel as if I know good burgers....so where to begin about this place.

Burger, no sauces, seasoned perfectly. Cooked perfectly. Topped perfectly. Fries, cooked perfectly. Portion size perfect. Wished I took a photo, but it was too enjoyable to stop eating.

This place competes with Five Guys and In-N-Out burgers.

They consistently have great burgers and fries. I just wish they had milkshakes too!

Awesome! Best burgers in Bochum. Super fluffy burger buns and broad variety of soft drinks.
