There was no wifi signal in the room, only in the front of the door. For a 4 star hotel it's quite a shame.

We arrived on Friday at the hotel and there was a small mix-up with our room as we were meant to be staying at the Leger Express. However, this was no problem at all for the staff and they went above and beyond expectation to ensure that we received great service and enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded with rooms and they happily welcomed us to their breakfast keeping the rates that were originally quoted upon reservation. We very much appreciate the kind staff who welcomed us that evening, especially the gentleman who raced to set up a crib for us! We will be back again one day and will gladly let all our friends know of the hotel for their future travels. Thank you.

It's a nice business hotel, it has everything you need, and a little extra. The drinks in the room is very appreciated.
There's parking lot at backyard of the hotel for guests, it's very convenient.
All staff we met are polite and helpful.

I sure didn't expect one of the best hotels to be in Bielefeld. And yes, it exists.
Very nice service, helpful staff, qualified Barkeeper with lots of experience, very good breakfast with the best bacon ???? I have ever tasted. Rooms are nice, clean, and modern. WiFi is free and fast. You need more? There probably is.

Superb hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff , large bar area which is light and airy , i would give this hotel 10/10 . I discovered on the last day they have hotel bikes that you can use to explore the local area . I will be doing this on the next visit if time will allow, nice touch. Beds are very comfortable , hotel is also very quiet , no banging of other hotel guests doors , no traffic noise .
