Ive been trying to write this review for the last week but my experience was so positive, I havent been able to find the right words.

Let me start with this, I did not want to leave home. 3 weeks is a long time away from home! I had to for work. Business travel. However, Staying at the LÉGÈRE EXPRESS in downtown (mitte) Bielefeld was amazing and really helped make my trip unforgettable.

Everything was very clean, the view was so beautiful, and I was pretty happy with the quality of food that was served for breakfast.
(Much lighter than the heavy American breakfast I'm used to) Lobby personel kept an eye on everything and made me feel secure, no weirdos or strangers walking around inside and the parking lot is very secure.

I would have to say most importantly was the staff. The staff was just so nice I felt as if they went above and beyond the line of duty to help you. Truly to make you feel like at home.
I'd like to give a shout out to Henk!
Hank helped me improve my German very quickly, taught my co-workers and I about local culture, best places to eat, best beer and just oveall made us feel... not so far from home, (if that makes any sense). All while running a tight ship. A true Hospitality professional!

I would also like to bring attention to one of the hostesses, Alialexandra (Im so sorry if I spelled that wrong). She is very perceptive and is very fast to help. I feel as if she also is a true Hospitality professional.

Literally, my only complaint about this place is the selection of beer that they keep in the kiosk.

Nice and verry clean room. But to small :)
Breakfast was ok…don’t have to much choice

For me the most important when staying away from home is how clean the hotel / room is and the bed. And I must say that the cleaning was amazing and the bed was super confortable, so I will def staying there again when I´m back in Bieledelf.

Stayed here one night as part of a business trip. No issues with the self check-in system or any other aspects of my stay. Rooms and hotel were clean and nice. Breakfast was very good and had a lot to offer. Located withing walking distance of train station, if you are looking for a good value this is the place.

The Customer service is really outstanding , I had some problem for changing a room and they did very good job and loved it.
Check IN is very easy.

Some things they must improve are.
1) I think there should be small fridge in every room.
2) There should be one or two Mineral water bottles at least.
3) For Parking space you have to pay extra, Not including in Rent.
4) There should be telephone in rooms.
5) There should be brochure about hotel rules and regulations, and its good to place map of city inside room.
6) For this price , I think the rooms are expensive.

Very urban and modern. Check in was a breeze (via kiosk). Location is great, close to train station. Might be too small to some, but cozy enough for others. Play room has pool table and other games, good for socializing with other guests.

Really great place to stay. Modern contemporary design with lots of outlets to charge electronics. Super helpful and friendly staff. Beds sleep great. Quiet and air conditioned rooms. Great location for finding restaurants and shops.
