Nice youth hostel. Clean, has a modern feel to it and the rooms are rather large and comfortable. Food is good, too.

Obviously, my rating takes into account that it is a hostel, not a hotel. Still, in my eyes it is eye to eye with many basic standard hotels.

The building itself is nice and very modern. Everything was clean. Quite central location, and just a few minutes walk to the tram. The breakfast is not great, eg there is only sugary water and no real juice, and it is only offered until nine. The water in the shower was only lukewarm, but I visited during a warm period- maybe in the winter the water is warmer. It's not cheap, but I couldn't find alternative hostels.

At the Jugendherberge in Bielefeld I booked a single room and had 4 beds in it. For the price I paid the comfort level was all in all ok, but very simple. I stayed two nights just to sleep with no expectations at all. For this purpose it served quite well and is one of the cheapest to get. Breakfast was included and ok, nothing too special. The area is close to the city center and close by is a big supermarket. I missed a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Excellent place with very well maintained rooms. The canteen was a huge plus and helped make our day so much easier and that lovely walkway bridge to get there was so much fun walking across! They had a washing machine and dryer which made life so much easier for frequent travellers. Just a minutes walk down there is a supermarket where you can get anything you want! Just a few stops on a tram ride away from the main Bielefeld station this place is definitely a saving grace for travellers! And if you are looking for a place to be in while taking part in Gerry Weber Halle ATP 500 open then this is a good choice!

Cheap clean rooms with breakfast included. I enjoyed my stay here, staff was super friendly and helpful. Located really central and parking was easy to find.

Amazing hostel. Good wifi in all rooms, clean, amazin bathrooms. Good location, good breakfast.
