The service was very nice and fast. Sadly the food appears to be old ( waffles and Sacher Torte), so it wasn't taste so good and was pretty dry (like old food). I really don't recommend it.

This is considered a quite famous and good place here in Germany, but my experience here has not been good, this is only for one reason: the SERVICE.
They might have good products and good locations in the city and this place pretends to be like a "high quality" but the people who work here are always rude and annoyed(I have been here more than once) and as well in the other locations. Really consider whome you hire or how they should behave to people. Being educated and nice it's for free. And as well they don't have options for veg milk, just the normal one.

Disappointed. I asked english menu and ordered soup with bread .The waitress brought soup ,which is included meat inside .When i asked her “whai is the meat in soup ?” ,she gave me sign that she doesn’t understands me and told after that “This is a Deutchland ,people speak Deutch”This is the first reason! When i asked to change the soup for free (cause the is nothing about meat in the menu !),she said i will pay in any case .
Anyway,this is not good place for travelers and foreigners! Racism with bad service.

They don't treat you nicely... coffee is from a machine and not really good, but cakes and german bakery are good enough to give them 4 stars.
