Could not repair the Media device in my car which is a built-in part from a different company. Slow correspondance with that other firm, and obviously only limited capability regarding the repairs besides running updates, and I was left with the advice to replace the entire media platform, cost couple thousand Euros.

Very bad costumer service! When i asked on the reception if there was an English speaker the employee ( a man with glasses) simply started to laugh and make fun. Luckily another costumer was there to translate. Unacceptable behaviour from an authorized dealer.
Another employee which took the car for check was nice and helpful.
