Ganz ehrlich? Der Lieferservice ist eine Katastrophe!!! Wenn man sich das Essen vor Ort holt, ist alles super und es schmeckt auch gut. Ich habe letztens eine Bestellung online aufgegeben und auch schon bezahlt. Das es da immer etwas länger dauert, war mir schon klar und habe ich auch gerne in Kauf genommen. Nach 1,5 Stunden rufe ich dann an und mir wird erstmal mitgeteilt, dass das Essen teurer geworden sei und ich noch bezahlten müsse. Habe dann erklärt, dass ich gerne bereit bin die Differenz zu zahlen, da ich ja schon online bezahlt habe., ich aber gerne mein Essen haben möchte. Ich habe für unsere ganze Familie bestellt, was also nicht wenig war. Daraufhin erklärte mir der Herr, dass er noch gar nicht angefangen habe unser Essen fertig zu machen. Daraufhin wurde ich dann schon sauer. Er würde sich aber jetzt ran machen und das Essen zubereiten, es würde aber noch mindestens eine halbe Stunde dauern. Auch das habe ich zähneknirschend angenommen. Nach 5 Minuten klingelt mein Handy...der Herr vom Thai Nippon. Sie hätten keinen Fahrer und ich müsse mein Essen entweder selber abholen oder noch mal 1,5 - 2 Stunden warten. Ich sei schließlich nicht die einzige Kundin. Ich könne aber auch die Bestellung stornieren und mir mein Geld zurückholen!!! Das fand ich mehr als unverschämt und dreist. Bestellen werde ich da sicherlich nie wieder was!!!!!!!
