Had to get a SIM card as I am visiting Berlin. Gentleman helping was very friendly at all times, even when I ended my trip to get a refund on my unused credit. Unfortunately, not his doing, they can only credit any unused money into a Germany bank account. This is disappointing for a company like Vodafone. Should be able to do a refund to a credit card used when paying.

I had the best support from Janine! She was amazing and really helped me figuring out which internet option and package I should go for. It was almost like meeting a friend for coffee ????????

The worst service I have ever come across. Absolutely no respect for a customer! After signing the contract, the staff and the manager Sarah Engels could not care less about your problems. I would not recommend her or her shop to anyone.

one of the best vodafone stores i stopped by. really professional, helpfup and even checked for contract-improvements when not asked for. ... "business premium" seems right!
