We had a rather disappointing experience here as after we were seated and given the menus they seemed to forget about us. After 20 minutes we went into the restaurant and asked for someone to take our order.

The food was good enough and came reasonably quickly.

At the end our meal for three came to 68 Euro. We said to take 72 (so a 4 Euro tip) but when we saw the contactless payment receipt they had taken 75. We went straight back and got the 3 Euro refunded but we were a bit annoyed about this. We won’t bother again with this restaurant.

Would love to give zero stars. Our waiter was creepy, drunk, and aggressive. He took 30 minutes to come over after we were seated, another 20 to bring drinks, and another 30 for food. Even asking for the check took 20 minutes as each waiter made a joke about it being free and saying they’d come right back.

Been there once before, a long time back during my first visit to the city in 2016’s December.
Today again visited, this time with my wife.
As usual we’re satisfied quite a well.
Very nice authentic Italian dishes, friendly staffs and great ambiance.
