We went to My Chemical Romance concert and experience wasn’t nice. Everyone was confused about where the entrance was. We were told to go down the "Schwimmhalle", walk to the end of the line under the bridge and then go back in line to enter. ????????u200d♀️
There was a small area at the entrance for merch and we can’t go in there. Stuff tell us to come after 8 pm (start of the warm-up), when we came they said if we went out to buy merch, we would not go back in.????????u200d♀️
Strange arrangement of seats. It is not clear how and from which side to find a place. Many people simply stood behind because, they could not find their place or even go threw people to find it.????
I give 3 stars only for the good staff. Thank you very much for the attentiveness of the employees, they did a good job, quickly and clearly answered questions❗️

I was here for my chemical romance. The concert was awesome and the place is cool. One minus thing is the evacuation takes ages.

Went to see My Chemical Romance at Velodrom last night. Great concert, but beyond poor organisation. We had to wait in line for more than half an hour despite arriving just after the doors opened. After finally entering, we were told that the merchandise area was closed, most likely because the staff was simply not up to the task of handling all the people wanting to buy band gear. We then wanted to buy a few drinks and had to spend another 30 minutes in a queue before ultimately discovering that it wasn't possible to pay with card, as it was cash only. How that can be the case in 2022 is beyond my comprehension. Whenever we had a question, it was almost impossible to find a member of the staff with the knowledge and English language skill to answer it.

As a concert venue, it's quite interesting. Finding the entrance ist the easiest thing if you've never been there before. The venue itself is quite nice. Food and drinks are surprisingly cheap compared to other venues which is a pleasant surprise. Depending on the concert, the venue sizes changes. If you get a ticket for the "rang" you'll get a seat in the upper part. The seats are a bit short and slim, not the most comfortable chairs, but passable. Sound quality is good and overall atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly, but the ones working the entrance/security do seem overwhelmed at times.

Was there for the CrossFit European Regional Qualifiers venue was easily accessible with excellent tram connections, inside was clean and tidy with really good seating and views of the competition floor. Plenty Food stalls serving good food.. (water was very expensive at €4 per cup) Toilets were clean and tidy. (Venue was a little on the small side for the European Regionals)
