A so-so place for students and short-stay. Not sure what “business” means in the name. The room was small, not new, with dirty walls, an old shower with old towels. I found long black hairs in my “fresh” bed. Also, there was impossible to change the checkout date, so no flexibility if your plans changed. But the hotel is in a good location. Total: 3 stars, not more. A bit overpriced place for this quality.

I stayed there for 6 months. They were super helpful and always there when I needed help with anything. The apartments are very clean and everyone is very friendly. Biggest thanks I want to give to Flavius at the front office. He was ALWAYS there to help us with everything and even with the smallest things he was offering himself to help.
I recommend this place 100%.

Great space, friendly staff. Location is fantastic (being near the Ring Bahn gives you pretty solid access to the whole city). Please, go to the restaurant next to it. It's amazing too.

Check in is super easy, and they clean your room once a week, which comes very handy. Plus a Nespresso machine.

And again, staff is super attentive. Gwan in particular helped me by being on the lookout for an important document I was to receive there and very promptly notified me when it arrived. Thank you Gwan!

A good place to stay in Berlin! The location is perfect, near the s-bahn and tram stop. The room is equipped with everything do you need. Surely I will be back again next time.

When I got the visa to Germany the first and foremost thinking was to get a place to stay - even temporarily. I researched a bit online and found our most of the places needs documents which is impossible to get for a day 1 mover.

Then I got to know about SMARTments and asked about it with my friends living in Germany. Everyone positively recommended it. I also wanted city registration so I asked for the landlordu0026#39;s confirmation of my stay. Surprisingly I got that in 5 mins.

About the apartment condition, cleanliness - things are unbelievably neat and clean. Things are taken care of within a slight hint of complaints. Tools, furniture, accessories, cookware, crockeries -- all modern and clean.

I will definitely recommend friends, coworkers, family to avail the service of SMARTments.

The apartments are great and well maintained, furnishing was good, internet and the other services were working well. They allow Anmeldung so that the longer term stay in Germany is possible.

On the negative side, kitchen was comparatively small. Bigger kitchen in common area also extras utensils might have helped.

Overall it was super great place to stay. I won't hesitate to recommend it to the others.
