Vaust is a bit deep into West Berlin for most tourists, but you can easily plan a dinner there after a stop at Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church on the “far” side of the Tiergarten. It’s located on a pretty, quiet street where you can hear many birds singing while you eat outside. This was our “authentic German” vegan dinner plan and we are quite satisfied. The spaetzle was excellent and we enjoyed our starters as well. The chocolate cake for dessert was the perfect ending.

It was my first time in a vegan restaurant and It was satisfied. I like so much the plate I chose and the dessert too. I really enjoy my meal. I recommend it. If you are looking for a vegan restaurant you have to go there, it will achieve all your expectations.

Very polite service, tasty vegan food and a focused menu. The chickpea "fries" with truffle vegan mayo were a highlight. Priced really well too, excellent value for money.

Not bad. The food was tasty and served in a very originally manner (like in a hâute-cusine manner), but some of it was salted too much. Craft beer was absolutely ordinary with no special aroma. Desserts (chocolate pie and 3 strawberries ice cream) were very tasty!
And it took them almost an hour to bring us food.

Although we are not vegan, we tried Vaust restaurant for a family dinner and it was a positive surprise. Tasty food, good choice of entries and quick service. To top it all, very good craft beer and home made soft drinks (Lemonades.) Recommended!

Sat outside, which was nice. They had blankets if you got cold. The food was delicious and very much in the pub/bar food genre which is what I was looking for. Had the curry sausage as an appetizer and the special for the main course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect for my first meal in Berlin.

Excellent vegan restaurant in Savignyplatz neighborhood with great service u0026 vegan meal options. Dinner was very tasty (including dessert and their own Vaust Pils) and the owner, Wolfgang, was very friendly to talk to before closing time. Will definitely go back.
