Vorsicht beim Vertragsabschluss!!! Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen durfte ich nicht mehr am Vibrationstraining laut ärztlicher Bescheinigung teilnehmen. Gesundheitliche Vorprüfung für Vibrationstraining gabs keine. Eine außerordentliche Kündigung wurde von der Inhaberin nicht akzeptiert. Man musste aber trotzdem monatlich 100€ nur für Crosstrainer zahlen, dafür bevorzuge ich lieber für 4€ andere Fitnessstudien mit zahlreichen Geräten.

Schon der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Steglitzer Studios in der Bundesallee beeindruckte mich durch das Ambiente und die freundliche Begrüßung. 20 Minuten reichen wirklich aus und meine Rückenbeschwerden bin ich auch los geworden. Ich finde es besonders gut, dass immer meine Trainerin Marika bei mir ist und mich motiviert und kontrolliert. Das erste Trainingserlebnis auf der Powerplate werde ich nie vergessen. Die Intensität war so hoch wie nie vorher durch mich erlebt. Dadurch ist das Training wärmsten für all die zu empfehlen, die wenig Zeit haben und erkannt haben, dass mit Personaltrainer das Training viel effektiver ist. Macht weiter so!
