Have incorrectly recorded the kilometres I used, which ended in me overpaying around 150 euros.
Email response times are ridiculous. Telephone never works, says "We cannot answer your call because we are experiencing an event of force majeure". Have been waiting for almost three weeks for them to sort out the issue, still no result.
Also had issues with getting the vehicle several times, been asked to change my reservation day. Also once came to collect the car, which wasn't there, so had to wait for several hours until delivered.
Also once they wouldn't allow to add an extra driver because the ID wasn't German and had no proof of address. However the Berlin-Zoo branch did this the next day without proof of address, saying there is no need to prove the address for the second driver. No consistency between branches whatsoever.
Never again from Sixt-Stegliz.
