Ich habe mich an das Reisebüro ausschließlich per Mail gewendet, in der Hoffnung eine Reise auch ohne Besuch buchen zu können. Durch berufliche Einschränkungen, war mir dies anderweitig nicht möglich. Mein Anliegen wurde binnen kurzer Zeit bearbeitet. Während der gesamten Begleitung durch Frau Keren B. hatte ich jederzeit das Gefühl, dass man auf meine Wünsche eingehen möchte und eine individuelle Beratung gewährleisten möchte. Zu jeder Zeit wurde ich über alle Bearbeitungsstände informiert und habe eine ausreichende Anzahl an Angeboten übermittelt bekommen. Frau B. war immer zuvorkommend, höflich und hat alles dafür getan damit ich mich wohl fühle. Auch auf diesem Wege möchte ich mich nochmal ausdrücklich für diesen tollen Service bedanken.

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie dazu entschieden, eine Reise über das Reisebüro zu buchen. Leider wurden 3 Mal falsche Angaben über den Preis gemacht, sodass wir am Ende fast 100 Euro pro Person mehr zahlen mussten, als vorher angegeben wurde. Zudem wurde von uns der Wunsch geäußert, dass das Frühstück inklusive ist. Als wir im Hotel angekommen sind wurde uns jedoch gesagt, dass das Hotel ohne Frühstück gebucht wurde, weshalb wir 9,00 Euro p.P. für ein einziges Frühstück hätten zahlen müssen. Als wir daraufhin mit der Mitarbeitern sprachen wurde nicht versucht hier eine Lösung zu finden, sondern es wurde versprochen noch einmal zu schauen, ob man dies nochmal dazu buchen kann. Leider kam danach keine Rückmeldung mehr.
Aufgrund diesem Ereignis kann ich die Buchung über das Reisebüro leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
