Absolutely horrendous customer service. I purchased tickets for a concert that never happened over 18 months ago, and was told I would receive a refund in January 2022. Fast forward to mid-September and I am still yet to receive the refund.
I have now emailed the company 8+ times, starting in July, to try to understand where my money is and when it will be refunded. I have only received correspondence twice asking questions about my voucher, then ignored for weeks following. Follow ups to emails and new email threads alike have been ignored. Absolutely no information has been given to me as to when I will receive a refund.
I understand that times have been tough for the music industry, but continually ignoring customers only makes matters worse. I should not be having to chase money I was promised nine months ago. This has been some of the worst customer support I've ever experienced, and judging by the reviews here I am not the only one in this situation right now.
