The Good:

The Staff were very pleasant, friendly and courteous.

The Room and bathroom were very Spacious with comfortable bed.

The location is excellent as it is 5 minutes away from Savignyplatz SBahn in a nice neighborhood.

The Bad:
This could easily have been a 5* review but I removed 1 star as I feel they were let down by their Housekeeping department.

I wanted some hot water for my tea and decided to use the Tea Kettle.. I always open the kettle to check if it is clean (based on previous experience) and once I looked inside I noticed there was already some water inside but with alot of dirt... I took the image and showed to the reception during checkout next day and they were very sorry about it..

The general cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark..

Beautiful well provisioned apartment with large walk in closet and bathroom. Service was fantastic. Would go back anytime!

Perfect location for an adorable hotel! The front desk people were so nice and accommodating, even held our luggage for a few hours after check out. Can’t beat location, on a quiet street a few blocks from all the best restaurants. Large room with gorgeous new shower.

Nice and clean small apartment. Also does not contribute to gentrification cause who the heck would want to live in Charlottenburg.

Almost everything was wonderful. I like the hotel very much and have been there four times and would like to come back again. But there was one thing that still makes me upset. I was given a shoebox size room after prepaying many months before for a large room which is the whole reason I came to Berlin and your hotel. I was told it was not possible to give me the room I had paid for. I understand that mistakes happen but when I asked to speak with the hotel manager I was told he was not available. I asked to speak with the manager many times over the next two days and each time I was told he was not available. The staff were always accommodating but the manager never contacted me. I find this to be unacceptable when a guest who is not given the room he has prepaid is ignored by the manager. I find this very unprofessional of management.
