This branch is good because they have a customer toilet which is very rare for Thoben. Otherwise... the staff here are not really motivated or just fed up with their work?! They are not so energetic but it’s okay, they are not rude at least. I love Thoben.

Awful customer service. No one was at the counter and when she came out she was talking on the phone, stared at me and seriously kept talking (what seemed like a private conversion) on the phone. I left. Awful experience

Keine Kartenzahlung möglich, aber auch kein Hinweis dafür an der Tür oder so. Der Kaffee ist superdünn und Milchschaum keiner vorhanden. Wirklich ärgerlich. Lieber zahle ich etwas mehr, als solch ein Getränk serviert zu bekommen. Wenigstens schmeckt der Kuchen.
