The rooms are nice, position excellent and close to the city centre, friendly concierge.
Even tho it’s unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel to don’t have the room amended for 2 days in a row even after several remarks and requests. This lack of service destroys the nice experience an individual may have here while being on a business trip - it’s frustrating to come back after a long day and have short time to change and go out again.

This hotel was ok. Getting your moneys worth is not something i would say. You are pretty much paying for the location. No mini fridge, no safe, not even a proper side table. Most of the other comments are pretty much on point, even though the staff was not as bad as some people say.

Coolest hotel in Mitte. Check out the staircase and enjoy the candy offered in the lobby.

Very amazing hotel. Right in the middle of Berlin Mitte. Very close to everything you want.
We had a signature room, and must say if your going here. Then rent one of these rooms. Very fun experience.
And a bathtub in the middle of the room.. that's just asking for fun.

Then why not 5 stars? Because it's annoying there's no mini bar and breakfast possibilities. And it's quite expensive with the lack of those.

But all in all. A very pleasant stay and friendly staff. Would definitely rent again.

We stayed at this hotel by chance, because another hotel did not honor our reservation. What a great surprise. First, this is a adult only hotel. The room had a king size bed and the room was big. It has an isolated toilet, a nice isolated shower. The sink and bathtub were integrated into the room. The amenities are very good, the flip flops are great. The staff was very attentive and friendly to us. The bed and bed linen also very good.
I liked the neighborhood a lot, very quiet, picturesque, with very local sensation, outside the tumults. It is close to shops, markets, restaurants, and the subway.
One of the weak points was that our room was facing the street, which is somewhat noisy and I had to reproduce some white noise on my phone in order to sleep. Also, I would like to have somewhere to place my personal shampoo and bar soap, besides the floor.

Location is excellent - nothing else. The staff is borderline rude, the common areas are unwelcoming, the staircase and corridor stink of feet, the carpets are stained everywhere.

The rooms are decent, good size with cool decoration. The breakfast is dismal. We spent as little time in the hotel as possible because it was so unpleasant. Never ever again. The photos and reviews are misleading.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay. Loved our time there. Very close to all public transport, great for getting around. Spotlessly clean room with modern design and a beautiful view of the city rooftops. Loved the artwork all around the hotel. Complete privacy if that is what you want - using the app to check-in and as hotel key was simple and easy.

Cannot speak highly enough of the staff who looked after us. Staff at the reception and bar were happy to chat with us and point out some local gems in the area we wouldn't have found by ourselves! I had a small issue with the app after checking out and returning home and was looked after remotely by Thomas, and all was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.
