Fastastic hotel. Highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary snacks and drinks on rooftop bar were brilliant after a busy day. Breakfast excellent. Sauna was great too. Bed was massive and extremely comfortable. We were able to check in early and leave bags because of late flight. We have no negative comments whatsoever! Definitely use again and recommend to anyone visiting Berlin.

Stayed for a week and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The room was clean, spacious and there was plenty of hooks and hangers I. The room. The breakfast was amazing as well, although service was a tad slow on some days. There was a bar at the 7th floor which had a free and constant supply of drinks tea fruits chocolate and bread - this was great for a snack at any part of the day.

I had also left my luggage there after check out for an afternoon. The housekeeping staff saw that I had left some extension wires in the room accidentally, and actually tied a bag of these with my luggage. This level of service and thoughtfulness was a pleasant surprise. Looking forward to my next stay here!

Fun, energetic vibe, but quiet and relaxing rooms. Attentive and helpful desk staff, the in-house restaurant has some tasty menu items and the included breakfast and complimentary lounge with great views over Berlin round out a conveniently-located place to stay.

Very nice, modern and warm hotel, ideally nested in Mitte - staff are super friendly( special thanks to @marta the manager - moltes gràcies ets TOP ). We travel with a 1yo toddler and they provided all the amenities and add-ons we needed (inc. little tub and changing matt).
Look no more, Stay here, period.

Absolutely the best hotel in Berlin mitte.
The higher floor rooms have a great view of Mitte, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfeast is awesome. The 7th floor lounge is also a great plus.
This is my go to hotel from now on.
Loved it!

I stayed with my sister for 3 days, and we had a fantastic time! We'll come back! I loved the design, the facilities, and the location. The staff working there is excellent, thank you for this amazing stay ❤

We stayed 14th-18th February 2022. Couple and Teenage son in two rooms. Hotel fantastic. Location couldn't be better. Rooms stylish, large and comfortable. Bathroom and shower brilliant. Floor 7 free 24-hour buffet with a view - amazing. Sauna great. Breakfast perfect. Best thing about this hotel is the staff. Very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Definitely going back.
