The carrot cake was delicious but the coffee cold and the service was awful, they looked at us so angry when tried to order in German and when we asked for sweeter instead of normal sugar, a bit of service training won’t be bad. She rolled her eyes on us so angry.

Such a great range of coffees and little treats to sample from. The staff were really friendly and helped provide information about the different styles of coffee available.

Very helpful staff (always grind to order and help me pick out my coffee) and a very good product. It’s a growing local chain and every cup I’ve had is consistently excellent.

Ridiculously pretentious. I had an unpleasant experience there on multiple occasions and in a few of their shops. It's mainly due to directions from owners. This time they refused to make an iced Americano. I must drink water-base coffee, hence, Americano, and so the barista replied: "I can make you an iced latte, iced flat white and an iced cappuccino, but we can't make iced Americano". Me: Wait, what?! Why? She: (nodding awkwardly and looking back at the other worker) "It's our policy, we can't make it."
Well, ok then, goodbye and never coming again. Tschüß!

It honestly felt too expensive considering the food's quality: hot chocolate was just ok and the filled croissant was also just ok.
Excelente service, nice layout BUT no bathroom.

A nice place to have breakfast in Berlin, really quiet and calm. The food is quite good and you can pay with card. A bit pricey but good.

Coffee was ok, but not having a toilet for a place that serves food and coffee is not acceptable.
