Very pleasant as the other comments are describing. Ideal place where naturist and swimming suit can sunbath and swim together. It was really cool and chill and very nice the forest and the lake.

Beautiful place and short trek experience for beginners like me. It's close calm place to busiest Berlin city. You can enjoy the sunset here as well, it's beautiful.

Amazing little lake just outside Berlin city centre. Make sure you carry snacks, drinks and a towel when visiting.

Easy lake to reach by train for sunning and bathing within Berlin city limits. Best on weekdays because on weekends it gets super crowded by afternoon. It’s not strictly a nude beach - no one cares if you’re wearing anything or not. Crowd is diverse: young and old, gay and straight, party people and families. There are several patches of grass where people can lay, with the ones at the top of the hill having sun the longest. Floating dock to swim to and dive off. The water is dark but clean. There’s a small free toilet, plenty of rubbish bins, but nowhere to buy food or drink. It’s nice to stop at the bars by Grunewald S-Bahn station on the way home for a cold beer or German meal.
