The atmosphere is cozy and nice. German style.
We ordered two Fillet Steaks, goulash Soup and wine.
Goulash was bad. Meet is very chewy and most of it was not edible.
Steaks were horrible!!! The meat was very old and after two bites I asked the waiter how old is the meat. Without an apology or explanation he started to defend the quality of that steak and even called someone from the kitchen (I guess), who wasn't the chef and there was no one, apparently who cooked that steak. They still made me pay 80 euro for food I didn't finish and my stomach also got very upset after that dinner.
And seriously. Fighting a customer over a very bad meal is a big mistake for any restaurant.
Do not recommend this place. Horrible kitchen and bad attitude towards customers.

We recommend this restaurant if you come the east side of Berlin. Steak, pizza, and this delicious surprise at the end. Highly recommend

Very nice indeed, homely experience, friendly staff who spoke english just as fluently as his german. Seated at short notice with no reservation required. Food was fresh as a daisy and exquisite. We are only here for a long weekend but this place will definately getting our repeat business before its over.

The steak was clearly bad and had an unpleasant smell and taste! Very disappointing from a steakhouse! Not recommended at all.

Superb value for money. Very helpful waitress who spoke excellent English.
