This hotel has the WORST SECURITY and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that we have ever experienced.
Late at night someone without knocking our door entered the room and seeing our reaction left the room. When we tried to figure out what was going on, the receptionists even didn’t make the slightest effort to answer our questions. We were scared and didn’t left the room at that time. In the morning when we tried to understand what happened they said we don’t know about it and we can’t do anything about it. It seems that manager does not exist at all or at least the receptionists avoid calling the manager in case of problems.
I think that at first of all, the hotel itself should make efforts to ensure the safety of the hotel, but in this case the impression was that no one was interested that someone entered the room at night without knocking.
When they said that they were not going give an explanation of what happened, we called the POLICE.. When the police arrived, they deceived the police by saying that they had mistakenly given the key to someone else. Now, the police are reporting on what happened. Hopefully, they will at least understand that the hotel in Berlin should not be confused with primitive and backward barns and the security of hotel customers is more than important. For sure we will write the supervisors of the hotel to compensate our stay.
