Stay clear from this company! They list items that they do not have in stock and do not issue a refund. I have to get my credit card company involved as it’s been a month of trying to email and message them. Absolutely awful customer service and now I understand why brands have dropped them from selling their products.

Based on my interactions with Star Bijou, the only way I could describe this establishment is as an instrument for deception. Unless you want to be scammed, do NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING on their page. I bought goods worth a fair amount and never received them. Repeated attempts to contact the establishment were ignored and every time I did get through to them, the owner made empty promises. Over the course of several months I filed a report with the police, rescinded my contract to get my money back (which still hasn't been returned) and then opened a case on the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for an extra-judiciary settlement of the affair. The establishment never responded to it. In January I will file a legal complaint to take them to court for their unjustifiable pettiness and illegal actions.
The owner's pathetic e-mail offering me a discount on a future purchase and a shipment of the products AFTER I rescinded the contract is just the cherry on top. I will get my money back.

My favorite jewelery in Berlin. You can find really beautiful pieces for yourself or for a unique gift! I go there often, the staff is very friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to be their customer. Recommended!

Hatte hier am 20.05. bestellt. Der Artikel war mit einer Lieferzeit von 14 Werktagen gelistet. Nach 20 Werktagen ohne Lieferung bekam ich eine Reaktion auf meine Nachfrage per E-Mail, der Artikel sei leider nicht auf Lager.
Natürlich sehr schade, dass er trotzdem bestellt werden konnte. Ich hatte mich sehr darauf gefreut. Die Information sollte auch ohne Nachfrage beim Käufer ankommen. Aber die Stornierung erfolgte dann problemlos und die Erstattung per PayPal zeitgleich. Nächstes Mal gehe ich vielleicht lieber im Shop vorbei, als online zu bestellen.

Mein bestellter und bezahlter Trollbead ist nie verschickt worden, auf E- Mails wird nicht geantwortet und telefonisch ist auch keiner zu erreichen. Musste mir mein Geld über Paypal / Käuferschutz zurückholen, , nie wieder….!!!!
