Fast drei Stunden ein intensives Gespräch, dabei - zum Glück nur gelegentlich - unterbrochen (klingt eigentlich zu negativ) von einem sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service. Essen tadellos; Weinkarte umfangreich und gut.
