Walked in with no appointment and were seen within minutes. They specialize in travel out of europe. We were just booking flight but the lady helping us still took the time to really research... including for our visa questions. She took over an hour with us, offered calm friendly service (even to offer some support to me in my broken german). Very pleased with the time and support we received. Also, they were able to get us the best prices compared to 3 other offices. Q

I went to STA to make some changes to my itinerary and book some trips. It was the most humiliating experience. So rude perhaps they need some retraining by their Australian counterparts!

Wir haben aus Süddeutschland schon viele Flüge und Urlaube über STA Travel Berlin gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden! Bislang haben die Reiseplaner immer viel bessere Flugverbindungen gefunden, als wir selbst. Zudem ist das Buchen übers Reisebüro nicht teurer, dafür aber viel bequemer. Wir sind absolut zufrieden!!

Ich habe bereits die zweite Reise in der Gleimstraße gebucht (war vorher aber schon mehrmals bei STA Travel). Großartiger Service, viel Geduld, gute Beratung, sie sind super via Mail zu erreichen und können natürlich auch während der Reise kontaktiert werden (zB mit Umbuchungsanfragen). Gefallen haben mir auch die Reisen von gAdventures, die STA anbietet. Und anders als in “klassischen” Reisebüros wird man bei STA niemals, also wirklich nie, komisch angeguckt, wenn man ungewöhnliche Flüge will oder kein Hotel dazu möchte oder auch manche Flugstrecken selbst dazu bucht.

Habe auch für das folgende Jahr meinen Trip über STA in der Gleimstraße gebucht. Mir ist es wichtig, dass ich bei der Planung und letztendlich der Buchung in fähigen Händen bin und mich sicher aufgehoben weiß - hier wurde ich nie enttäuscht! Wir haben hier zu 2. ein Around the world ticket durch 8 Länder (12 Flüge) und einen Campervan für Neuseeland gebucht...
Die Flugpreise waren für uns junge Menschen einfach der Hammer, wirklich preiswert.
Von dem ersten Gespräch an war die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Agent Micha sehr gut.
Er gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps, war sehr kommunikativ und hat alles perfekt organisiert.
Auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, so konnte man immer jemanden erreichen.
Ich kann jedem Sta Travel empfehlen...die Flugpreise sind vor allem für Studenten richtig preiswert und die Mitarbeiter total freundlich und kompetent.
