Nachden ich heute den 31.08.2022 gegen 18 Uhr vorstellig wurde wegen starken Flankenschmerzen sowie Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit hatte ich das unschöne Vergnügen eine Ärztin Namens C. Faye kennen zu lernen die mir sehr unsympathisch und ohne Empathie gegenüber trat. Ich lag ca. 2 Stunden auf einer Liege und bin kurzzeitig eingeschlafen, die Frau kam zu mir und wollte meine Symptome wissen. Ich beschrieb ihr meine Symptome so gut es ging und das ich die Hauptbeschwerden seit einem halben Jahr habe wenn nicht sogar länger, dazu seit 3 Tagen Kopfschmerzen Übelkeit und Schüttelfrost, die Frau fragt mich was den nun seit 3 Tagen oder halbes Jahr. Ich nehme an da ich doch noch etwas verschlafen war das ich es vll nicht richtig rüber gebracht habe. Gutauch erkläre ich ihr den Tagesverlauf meiner Schmerzen die ich an Hand notizen gemacht hatte, die hatte sie nur halbherzig zugehört und einen ironischen Kommentar abgelassen: also immer schmerzen. Später machte sie einen Ultraschall und lässt mich danach mit gel auf dem Bauch und hochgelassenen Tshirt einfach liegen und geht weg. Ich musste 10 Minuten später als endlich mal ein anderer Arzt vorbei kam der gerade Feierabend machen wollte bitten mir doch Papier zu geben damit ich das restliche Gel weg wischen kann und mir nicht vll noch zusätzlich eine Erkältung einfange. Während dessen sitz vor mir eine 84 jährige Dame im Rollstuhl mit einer Infektion im Knie die des öfteren nach einer Person ruft da sie nicht mehr sitzen möchte. Frau Faye hatte sie kaum beachtet und erst nachdem eine Schwester kam wurde sie auf eine Liege verfrachtet. Später am Abend ruft die 84 jährige öfter (ca. 5mal) mit dem Wortlaut Schwester nach der Frau Faye da sie anscheinend Beschwerden hat, Frau Faye hat sie wieder nicht beachtet und läuft sogar 2 mal an ihr vorbei direkt ins den Raum vor uns und setzt sich an den PC, erst nachdem ich wirklich lautstark in das Zimmer rufe, guckt mich die Frau Faye entsetzt an und ich sage ihr: Entschuldigung die Dame neben mir hat sie jetzt mehrmals gerufen, darauf antwortet sie mir das sie keine Schwester sei sondern Ärztin, also hat sie die alte Frau vernommen sich aber einfach für was besseres gehalten um ihr zu helfen. Ein solches Verhalten ist einfach nur unverschämt, inkompetent und respektlos gegenüber Patienten mit Schmerzen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und werde mich morgen früh nochmal persönlich per Telefon bei der Leitung beschweren. Mfg Herr Caßube

Die erste Frage war ob ich geimpft bin oder nicht und dementsprechend werden die leute behandelt was unter der menschen würde ist. Ob geimpft oder oder nicht jeder hat das revht auf Behandlung. Schlimmste Notaufnahme den ich je gesehen habe, als Schwangere Frau musste ich 5 Stunden bei der Notaufnahme warten ohne in die Gynäkologie Abteilung geschickt zu werden. Personal total unfreundlich und überfordert die Aufnahme Schwester ist der Meinung das man als schwangere mit erhöhten Temperatur und Bauch schmerzen zu Hause bleiben und Tabletten nehmen kann. Die Kinder werden an geschrien die während der Untersuchung Angst haben und weinen. Die Sauberkeit lässt sich Grüßen dreckig ohne Ende ich sollte mich auf eine dreckige liege legen. Nach 5 Stunden musste ich mich letztendlich abmelden und wurde von ein Azubi mit tut mir leid ab getröstet. Während die Leute im Wertebereich warten unterhalten sich Ärzte und Pflegepersonal über private Sachen smalltalk. Passiert mein ungeborenen Kind etwas werde ich medien einschalten Juristisch vor gehen.

Mehrmals haben mir die Ärzte und Helfer hier schon geholfen.
Wenn Leute sich hier beschweren, dass zB die Bauchschmerzen ihrer Kinder nicht ernst genommen werden, dann evtl nur deshalb weil es auch nur Bauchschmerzen sind (?) und eine Notaufnahme für andere Sachen da ist.

Mir wurde immer gut geholfen und ich habe außer evtl mal 1/2 std Wartezeit (was normal ist wenn alle Gliedmaßen noch dran sind) keine negativen Erfahrung gemacht.

Aufgenommen wird man von einer Schwester die ihre eigene Meinung für wichtiger hält als die Schilderung der Symptomatik. Das selbe mit dem Arzt in der NA. Symptomatik wird verneint.
Daraufhin eine überflüssige Behandlung mit unwirksamen Antibiotika, da der Assistenzarzt die Informationen über Positiven Strep. B. Befund an den Oberarzt verschlafen hat.
Dann falsche Berechnung der Behandlungsdauer. Zugang wurde also Frühzeitig gezogen nur um ihn 3h später wieder ein zu setzen. Und das ERST nachdem unsere Fähige Kinderärztin hier telefonisch aufgeräumt hat.

Hier läuft alles schief was schief laufen kann. Geht euren Kindern zu liebe am besten woanders hin oder schaltet einen weiteren Arzt ein!!!!
