Hallo. Ich trainiere schon über 8 Jahre bei Sporteve Berlin Heiligensee. Ich litt über 23 Jahre unter sehr starker Migräne und unter Depressionen. Nach einem halben Jahr Training war meine Migräne von einem Tag zum Anderen einfach weg. Zu der Pflege meiner Eltern mußte ich einen Ausgleich finden und auch mal an mich denken. Durch die tolle Atmosphäre, die kompetenten Trainerinnen und die netten Damen die man dort traf, ging es mir gesundheitlich bald viel besser. Es entstanden dort richtige Freundschaften. Durch das Training hatte ich auch nach meiner Hüft-OP 2017 nur Vorteile.
