Für alle Frage, ob vor, während oder nach dem Training ist immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Auch beim zweiten Mal Speed Fit bin ich mit dem Ergebnis (Muskelaufbau) zufrieden. The training lasted almost 15 minutes and was great !!!! Unfortunately it's too expensive for me and that really annoys me because otherwise I would have signed up for 24 months immediately, EMS training at speedfit three thumbs up. If you can afford it, do a trial session and you won't be disappointed.

Hi hier mal eine ganz erliche Meinung von einem nicht Mitglied der trotzdem 5 Sterne gibt, ich war diese Woche zum Probetraining dort. Ich wurde herzlich vom Store Manager empfangen, nach einer Einweisung zeigte er mir das Studio, alles sauber gepflegt und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Danach ging es ab zum Training und es war mega hart ich bin sportlich aber darauf war ich nicht vorbereitet drei Tage später hab ich immernoch deutlich einen Muskelkater ohne daß es unangenehm ist. Das Training hat knapp 15min gedauert und war super !!!! Leider ist es mir zu teuer und das ärgert mich total weil ich ansonsten sofort 24 Monate unterschrieben hätte, EMS Training bei speedfit drei Daumen nach oben. Wer es sich leisten kann tut es macht ein Probetraining und ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht.
