I spontaneously decided to eat here after a long walk with my partner.
The food was perfectly fine. Very filling and tasty.
I had the Käsespätzle with bacon and cheese.
One thing that was fairly impressive was their drinks selection. A very varied selection from beer and lemonade to schnapps and liqueurs.
My personal favourite was the organic elderflower lemonade.
If you're looking for traditional German cuisine at an affordable price, you can do no wrong here.
The only downside is the noise around you, which I don't blame the restaurant for.

I found myself in this part of Berlin on an adventure to visit a small brewery called Schneeeule. I needed some food, so I stopped in here on a whim. I would call this a Bavarian style place. The lady that was my server was friendly, and gave good service. The Augustiner bier was tasty. I had pork Schnitzel mit Pommes Frites. It was everything I hoped it would be. If you are in the area, come on by. You will be glad that you did.

Very good value restaurant, far from City Centre, but good value.
Every Wed, they have buy 1 get 1 free on every main dishes you ordered.

Went there last Monday (which was quite hot) and had the cooked pork knuckle. Although the food itself was brilliant and the service was good I had a horrible night and stomach pains the entire next day. Since this was the only thing I ate the entire day I can only conclude that the meat (maybe due to the heat) got spoiled in some way. Let's hope that this won't repeat itself since I like this place and want to go there again...

My dish (Spaetzle) was fine. The Tafelspitz was not outstanding. The meat of the Schweisbraten was good but the Rotkraut and Knoedl were very disappointing. Most of all, we were negatively surprised by the fact that they refused to bring some tap water and charged 1.5 Euro for a second plate (we wanted to share so we could order dessert). Very strange and I personally think a small charge for tap water is fine, but not serving it is absolutely ridiculous. I certainly will not eat there again.
