Reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful and available 24/7 during our stay. Room very modern and spacious. Maybe a little more detail should be given to house keeping. Breakfast rather poor with just a croissant and coffee / tea. Location is great very close to ubahn and bus stop. Definitely recommendable. ????

Me u0026 my friend enjoyed our stay here. Very clean with modern facilities. The gentleman that checked us in/ was on in the afternoons was very welcoming and always helpful when we needed help. Would have liked to see more breakfast options but would deffo recommend. Location is close to railway/ zoo/ many shops and restaurants. Can’t fault it especially for the price. Thank you!

Very good located hotel. Clean rooms and very friendly staff (at all times of the day). We did miss AC because it was a very hot periode althought we did know that this hotel didnt have AC. Also a fridge or minibar would be nice in hot days. We did know all this before booking so we expected this. Around the hotel several shops, bars and restaurants are available. The hotel is very near the U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz. We highly recommend this hotel.

Sorat Hotel is in perfect location that is close to all public transportations, shopping malls, shopping districts, bars, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. Large rooms and bathrooms. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next staying in the hotel.

Positive: The location is very good, supermarket and metro station close to the hotel and the room is awesome!!! Negative: No power sockets closer to the bed... But the room still very good!!

Well, I was schoked by a female receptionist action. I was getting a cup of coffee and wanted to cover it with a lid. So, I opened the drawer bottom of the coffee machine and she saw me and yelled me "what did you do? What did just you do?" It was very aggressive reaction. I might make something wrong but this reaction could be held by a very nice warning instead of giving extreme anger towards a customer. I deal with different type of customers from the different cultures but I can't act like that. That was the reason I reviewed it as 1 star.

Very nice hotel, very central, clean and nice big rooms. Will come back next year for sure
