Worst hotel I’d ever seen. Very old, no mini-bar, on the balcony no chairs no table nothing. First two days there were no heating it was cold and outside it was 9’ degrees. I installed by self tv software if not the tv was not working. Internet connection requests a new log in each 24 hours. The last day while we was sleeping some guy from the reception entered the room in 6am. When I opened my eyes I sow him in front of the bed.He scared us as hell to see some unknown person staring at you while you sleep. He told that he is there because we don’t here our alarm and what we to check if we are alive…. Very creepy place…

I have been to the Solitaire hotel quite a few times since I live nearby and every time my family comes to visit me they reserve a room there. The price are not the cheapest in the city, but the place is really clean and I love the fact that the overwhelming presence of plants makes this hotel a bit different and unique. The breakfast has a lot to offer and I never had problems with the service. The only problem: sometimes you have to wait a little bit at the reception, since quite often the booth is left empty.

Nice clean room, a bit too hot with no airflow even with open doors, just enough to get some sleep and go, furniture a bit outdated but everything works fine, quiet hotel, good breakfast, amazing amount of plants in the hall, staff at reception desk a bit strange - either don’t understand English very well or are not willing to help. Loads of parking space in the street and a tiny car park on the hotel grounds.

Really bad service, hotel reception was incredibly rude, to the point of taking a phone call while we were asking a question. Out dated decor too. Find somewhere better

Hotel ok nice but if I was asking for cap of coffe at 21:00 it was not possible to get.
