Small beds + soft mattresses + no air conditioning and tiny TV. Airplanes fly over every 5 minutes. Very reasonable priced .. But you pay for what you get. Clean but rather basic. Helpful friendly staff.

Awesome staff, speaks perfect English. Very clean and quiet. Could not have been better! We got two rooms at a great price and cab service to Tegel was quick. Highly recommended!

We booked and paid for a room for two nights. Check in time was 14:00 to 23:00. We arrived around 19:30. The doors were locked. We pushed the intercom button with no response. We tried many times with the same results. We called the posted phone numbers; but our calls went unanswered. A nice guest who saw us and spoke English made several calls on her phone for us. She finally reached someone with the hotel. I told about our reservations; three persons for two nights. He said that it was "not possible" to check in tonight because of "special" early closing. He said we'd have to try again on Monday. (It's Saturday night.) He told me to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else! Unbelievable! I've never been turned away from a hotel that I had already booked and paid for. Furthermore, they seem to think that they are only refunding about $50 of around $280 charged on our card. The battle begins. Bottom line or TLDR: Don't book this hotel! About 10 km away is the Lindenberger Hof. Very nice staff, large, clean, well-supplied room, and a biergarden on the premises! Go to Lindenberger Hof instead!

Clean hotel rooms in a green surrounding. Good breakfast. With the M1 tram at the corner of the street you are in the centre (Mitte, museum island) in 40 min ( or less if you combine tramM1 + tube U)

So far from the downtown of Berlin, but there's a bus station right in front of the hotel ( No near Metro stations ), Clean and nice rooms, Good wifi, Such an early check out time (10AM !), friendly staff but very over priced.
