Leider gibt es dort einen Physiotherapeuten, der sehr anzügliche Bemerkungen macht. Nach Abschluss der Behandlung hat er mir auf meine private Handynummer geschrieben, die er sich aus den Patientendaten ohne meine Einwilligung genommen hat. Ich habe diesen Vorfall gemeldet und es wurde mir versprochen mit dem Mitarbeiter zu sprechen und mir eine Rückmeldung zu geben. Nachtrag 4.7.22: Nach Veröffentlichung meiner google-Rezension informierte man mich darüber, dass umfangreiche Schulungen zum Datenrecht umgesetzt und entsprechende Gespräche (Mitarbeitergespräch) geführt wurden. Ebenfalls wurden meine Daten aus der Datenbank mit meiner Einwilligung gelöscht und mir wurde mehrfach Verständnis und Hilfe angeboten, sowie Bedauerung für den Vorfall ausgesprochen.
