East side of Berlin but the hotel like a hostel but hotel.Breakfast cappuccinnooo and croissant but clean silence and if you get out your bus in midnight best choice.

It's an amazing hostel for spending few nights in. The reception desk is very helpful and the beds are very comfortable. The only problem I had was that there are no lockers in the rooms so you can lock away your belongings but all rooms have different key cards so it's very safe. Also there are a lot of cameras everywhere. The rooms are very clean. The wifi is great in the lobby but not so good in the rooms. Most people just use the rooms to shower and sleep so you have time to yourself in the rooms. The subway and bus station are few minutes away. I definitely recommend for people who are visiting for few nights.

Smart Stay Hotel Berlin city is Clean, spacious, Value for money, located close to U-bahn station. The staff were friendly during the check in process. I had taken a private room, the beds were okay and completely fine for a one night stay. the only downside was that there were no toiletries provided during or stay. All in all I was quite happy choosing this place.

Not the hostel for me. Clean and covers basic needs but too commercial. Staff friendly and do their job but also impersonal / distant in some aspects. There was a common area but the atmosphere was not great and not much socializing happening there. Would be more enjoyable for a group of people that already know each other. Overall not a bad place to stay but there are plenty of hostels that offer more convenience for same price.

Clean, chic, efficient, professional! My favorite hostel ever. Smart design, sturdy beds. Minus one star for the water in the shower flooding the entire floor. Also, an individual light and plug for each bunk would be appreciated!

It was a nice stay compared to other hostels. It was very very clean and the bed was comfortable, reception workers were nice. There is a subway station in 2 minute walk distance so it was easy to go out even though it's a bit far from the tourist attractions. And that is another good thing, because it is not too close to the central, it's quiet.

Great lounge area. Wifi could be better, we didn't get it at all in our room had to stay in the lobby area for that. Shared our room with a great guy from France. It was clean, and safe, and had very friendly staff and the location is AMAZING.
