Real Italian place, with warm service and outstanding Cousine. Specialty: fish dishes.
Edit: Today it was the last day of Papageno.
30 years in Berlin, a piece of history gone.
I came to appreciate it along the last years and it is a pity it is now gone.

Four of us had a delightful dinner here last night. The staff were wonderfully helpful without a hint of obsequiousness. The food and presentation were excellent. The server helped us to choose and our deciding to split two portions among four so that we could try more things raised no eyebrows. One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to.

Cute little Italian place right near the opera. The pasta dishes are delicious, though fairly modest in size. They are more of an appetizer rather than an entree for most. As a party of two we went after the opera without a reservation. But I think we got lucky... probably better to have a reservation. At least on nights when there's an opera performing.

My guests and I had a wonderful experience at Ristorante Papageno. It was an extremely authentic experience, and the staff were delightful and very engaging. The chef regularly connected with our table, along with the staff. They made us feel like they were only serving us. I highly recommend Ristorante Papageno.

Authentic food, wine, and hospitality. Service is top-notch. Ambience and atmosphere is for real. Chef came out to greet guests. So glad we made it here.

Absolutely amazing. Some of the best food I've ever had. Staff are very accomodating.
Cannot recommend this place enough.

Staff are friendly and the food is really good but the portions are really small, appetizer size at best and also for Berlin quite pricey.
