Great Aldi. It's even better now that they rebuilt the place. It's quite big and they have an awesome selection. It's slightly understaffed though so it's hard to find someone if you got any questions.

Ging bis heute gerne dort einkaufen, aber nun werde ich dort vorerst nicht mehr hingehen.

War mit meinem 8 jährigen Sohn da, und habe eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt, ob ich kurz vorbei könnte, während sie sich mit einem Kunden über längeren Zeitraum unterhielt und den Gang dabei blockierte. Daraufhin hieß es , ich solle doch woanders langgehen,obwohl ich freundlich deutlich machte, das ich genau an die Ware möchte, wo sie gerade blockiert. Mir wurde dann sehr barsch gesagt, das ich unhöflich sei und sie nicht stören soll. Dies wiederum nahm der ältere männliche Kunde zum Anlass mich zu beleidigen , wie frech ich doch sei und das ich Grünnäschen doch gerne draußen mit ihm diskutieren kann, er würde mir zeigen wie man sich benimmt.Leider stieg die Mitarbeiterin auch noch darauf ein. Im weiteren Verlauf des Einkaufs (ca 10 min) durften mein Sohn und ich uns weitere Beleidigungen und Anmaßungen anhören.

Das alles nur, weil ich kurz durch wollte ,um Ware zu kaufen.

Ich arbeite selber seit mehr als 10 Jahren im Verkauf und weiß , wie der Hase läuft. Jeder hat auch Mal einen schlechten Tag , aber Kunden (mit Kindern!!!!) zur Sau zu machen, das sollte nicht sein. Genauso wenig sollte sein, das man als Mitarbeiter mit Kunden lautstark über andere Kunden verzieht.
