Food Quality: i was very pleased with the food’s taste and texture. Everything felt very freshly made. The dessert trio is quite interesting, but was not a big fan of the knodel dessert one.

Portions: quite big and very satisfying. We only had main courses and felt quite full. Was very tempting to get some starters but would have suffered later the food coma.

Drinks: many options to pick from (wines, cocktails, spirits, beers), but being a german style restaurant i went for some local draft beers.

Price: $$ for this amount of food and quality, I believe it was very fair pricing. Average to any restaurant of this quality.

Service: very friendly staff, drinks and food was quite fast.

Atmosphere: there’s an amazing terrace outside with a nice view of the river. Inside its cosy and very german style decorated.

Highlights: the terrace, the schnitzel, and of course the welcome shot of beer when you first arrive.

Things to improve: it was a pity to be requested to move inside quite early. Even earlier than the noise rule in place. It was a lovely evening and would have been nice to be allowed outside a bit longer.

Service is good and portion sizes are massive. You are asked about your vaccination status just like any other restaurants and upon sitting you are rewarded with a free beer ????.

We were a party of two and ordered 2 vegetarian options - the breaded oyster mushrooms (Austernpilzschnitzel)

and pan fried dough balls (Försterinnenschnitzel). Each was 16.50€. We weren't big fans of either dish as it was quite heavy, and I think a bit bland. Perhaps the meat options are better or schnitzel isnt really our thing?

We had the dessert platter which saved the meal 10,50 €. The chocolate mousse was our favourite.

I always want to go again and again ????
Also being veggie. The mushrooms are amazing!
Super friendly staff, the food is the best Snitzel in the county. Generous portions. Also to take away, the taste is amazing and the prepare every detail for home ???? (lemon, bread, cucumber, everything the same that dining in).
Accept card and is better to make a reservation.

Really nice location by the Spree. Staff were all happy and polite. We especially recommend the Wiener Schnitzel and the Jägerschnitzel. Both were very delicious and the side dishes were also great. Really good value for money.
Be aware that the restrooms are down a very steep and narrow spiral staircase, though.

Good quality. This time the Wiener Schnitzel was unfortunately a little oily. But it's still a place a love to be. The dessert was a dream, the beer is excellent and the service is very kind
