Felt like this place was really good on paper, but in reality the bartenders seemed a bit inexperienced and understaffed. Completely ignored my party.

Maybe more pricey than average, but the drinks more than make up for it. They are strong, well made, and very tasty.

Atmosphere is cozy, yet stylish. The bartenders are attentive and friendly.

My favorite bar in Prenzlauer Berg by far!

Booked this place for my brothers birthday. Everyone here in the reviews keep raving about how friendly the staff is,however from the get go were treated disrespectfully. They have complicated the whole Luca app thing ,and when we tried to scan the QR code on the wall ,the guy made us exit it and then he himself scanned it.-_- The employee , “lovely” gentlemen in glasses did not give us the plates by saying that the kitchen was closed,but offered a knife. So we could not eat my brothers birthday cake. Not everyone in our group speaks German,and these people are my mom and sister who do not speak German or live here .When I asked him some questions about the drinks, he said that he does not speak English There were no menus in English ,and if there were we were not offered to have one . I do not understand how a cocktail bar employee can not speak English. I understand that we are in Germany , but what about tourists? And moreover making us feel bad about it. Because his whole attitude was like “I do not speak English,not my problem.” Another thing that amazed me ,was that this guy was a barmen , waiter and welcome guy. My mom wanted to leave ,but I told her that there is no reason to stress ourselves.After all there is such a thing as a google review. P.S. Apparently When you come to this place and want to get a proper service please make that you have your vaccination certificate or PCR test and most importantly C1 or C2 level German Certificate.
