Very nice, small and super cozy gym/fitness club. It offers individual trainings as well as group classes. There is also wellness area with sauna :)

The gym and courses are good but they have the most unfriendly and non-flexible reception workers. No friendly greeting, made me wait and pay for the course (there was a mistake in urban sports and I couldn't check in) without putting a slightest effort in finding an alternative solution.

Rückenwind is the best gym I've ever known. It's modern, quiet, clean -- no loud pumping music, no neon. The service is great, the machines are good -- they automatically adjust your weight and track your progress. And their sauna is super nice. I love spending my time there.

Nice staff, calm atmosphere. eGym equipment makes it very easy and fun to work out with a program tailored to your individual needs and track your progress. There are classes as well, like Pilates etc.
Good amount of lockers and they are easy to use. Looks clean overall. Not the best showers if you are shy though.
Beware that you'll need to schedule an appointment first, to get a briefing on how to use the eGym equipment if you are going to use them. Outside of eGym they don't have much so I recommend you do that.

There are informational meetings twice a week. One has to attend one to be able to sign up for treatment. I didn't know about it. I wrote them an email first. No reply. I came to the office. The person from the front desk gave me piece of paper with hours of the information meetings. I came for next. It was cancelled. The guy at the front desk couldn't help. So I didn't get to know the therapists but I know I don't like the customer service already.

Really unprofessional, uninterested in helping and rude. Update: then they miraculously charge you again (save your receipts)!
