This is one of the rare car parking houses with directly access to a S-Bahn and Metro-station in Berlin. You know, the inner city Metro- and S-Bahn-network is one of the best in Germany and Europe, maybe in the world too. But they don't develop it for the last 50 years! No new lines, only one line get an extension with 5 new stations, no further and faster trainservice ... no express lines ... the Berlin government has no plan. Only some retail investors bring good ideas and build it. Such this place, a small 3-level-shopping-mall with another 3 parking levels on the top of the building. And from there you get an direct foot path the the platform of the metro! Ok, just you need cross the main street one time, and than there are only 10 min to middle of Eastern town, the Alex, or 25 min to the KaDeWe in Western city. More near or fast you can't go by car! In the city they have a lot of parking houses too, but all they're more complicate and expensive. The only one mad thing of this parking is the opening hours depends on the mall, so it's closed in the night and at Sunday. But all the other is very good and a lot of people like to go to there.
