Nice on the surface but be aware of the nasty extras.

At first the house appears to be very stylish and in a nice location, however what started as a pleasant holiday ended up being a bitter experience....

When you arrive you're given a long and unreasonable list of a cleaning requirements that must be followed, along with an associated list of astronomical charges that will be applied if you don't obey. And despite this list of cleaning requirements they still apply a €70 compulsory cleaning charge at the end of your stay (to clean an already spotless house!). Also they charge extra for water and electricity at a hugely inflated rate - we only stayed for 3 days and paid more for Electricity and Water than we normally spend in a month at home.

To make matters worse our house was infested with ants so we had to vacuum every day to help keep them at bay, and this was in December! When we complained we were told the cleaning charge would be waived, however a week later they emailed to say they'd changed their minds as insects should be expected in such a location and then charged my credit card. I was powerless to do anything about it.

Also as other people have stated some luxury features, such as the Jacuzzi bath, did not work.

This accommodation doesn't appear on TripAdvisor as I suspect the owners are trying to hide its bad reviews.

Terrible experience here, if you care to sleep at all and be treated badly by the owner go ahead and book here! They lie to your booking agency afterwards if you complain about the situation. Our honeymoon was ruined by them.
There are big white fans outside every house for the heating that make terrible noise so you can't sleep at night. You can't reach anyone after 16.00 so if something is wrong when you come back from a day in Berlin you can't do anything.
Whirlpool didn't work, very little kitchen supplies, a lot of noise from machines and noise from gardeners that also walk around the back of your booked house!!!!!
Very bad, not recommended to go here. Never again!

Nice place. Close to a big lake and nice wood. Can do a better job while invoicing the costs as there were a lot of hidden costs. Overall good experience.
