Pros. Very clean, rooms are warm which is perfect for cold days. Stunning view of the lake.

Personnel is friendly and helpful

Cons. Food is a bit expensive and checking in takes a while.

The room was okish clean, but the curtains and the balcony were full of dusts and cobweb. Arrived in a pretty hot day and the AC was not really cooling anything. Plus those sleeping pillows are old and extremely soft.

In the current era, hotels should atleast have free WiFi, instead you have to pay 4.98€ per 24hrs.

The staffs were friendly and helpful and that's about it.

Nice hotel. Many rooms but no disturbance from others. You havd yo mention that you want room service. Very good organised breakfast. They take good care of anti-virus measurements.
Beautiful place near the lake and lots of hiking and bicycle paths. 17 km from Berlin centre. Enough parking space with discount.

The attention in this hotel is not the best one, it takes really long just to do the check in… and there is no free wifi in the rooms, and the mobile coverage is very low in most of the areas.

Wonderful location in the forest outside Berlin. Very peaceful next to a large lake. Good variety for breakfast and clean rooms. However, not much interest shown by the evening staff when we arrived and the internet is none existent although it claims to have one. 5 for location and surroundings.

This place literally looks like it’s been in hibernation for about 30 years and they opened up again without changing anything or even dusting off the cobwebs!

Service was nice, rooms were quite large and the bed was comfortable.

The food was really quite unpleasant, the ‘ambiance’ was non existent and the layout looks a little bit like a nursing home.

Very nice setting but quite awkward to get to with public transport.

This place is a relic from the 1960's. I stayed here for business. I would have left immediately if it were for personal travel. The building was well maintained but hasn't been updated in decades. We lost hot water for a full day while we were there. This would be a good site to film a Cold War movie set in the 1960's or '70's. As for staying here, it's clean. I'll give it that. But there isn't much else going for it.
