The worst hotel  of life. First I had 2 reservations.  They couldn't  find the 2nd. The room had not been cleaned.  Paper and trash on the floor and dirt everywhere.  The elevator  stopped working  must carry my luggage  5 floors.  Towels  are 1€ each. I brought my own towels.   I returned  from work my towels are gone.  I have only stayed 1 night  but I am checking  out early. They will keep my money for the  2nd reservation. I will go to a better hotel.  Horrible.

This hostel is very clean, very well located (close to subway, Lidl 2 min away) and the staff is adorable. Only down point is that there is no kitchen to cook anything, appart from a kettle and a microwave, so either you eat out everyday or you only eat microwaveable food and instant noodles
Other than that it’s perfect !

Good: It was good for what I needed. Close to where I needed to go the next day.
Very basic room. Like literally only a bed, 2 chairs and a table

Bad: Very basic.
It was noisy from the street.
Could use a bedside table and another lamp in the room.

I had a good experience in this hostel although I didn't spend too long rather than sleep and have a couple of showers. I think it's ok. At the beginning I was a little bit nervous with what I was going to find according to other reviews but it's a decent hostel. The people who work at the reception were friendly, they looked after my laptop for those days and i could leave my suitcase in a private room for no cost until doing my check in.

Bathroom/toilets were usually dirty and out of toilet paper. Urinals were out of service as well as one toilet which practically left an entire floor of people with just 2 toilets. Toilet locks weren't working very well. Showers only had a curtain for privacy. Many unpleasant and creepy people stayed there. There were two guys in particular who would harass female guests in common areas until the female guests would run back to their rooms.

The hostel is pretty small and if you are looking for a party hostel maybe go to another one. But for me personally it was good, I got what I expected. The rooms are small but they are fine. Also the bathrooms are simple but good. It is located right in Neukölln, close to Tempelhofer Feld. Bus and Metro stations are close by so you can get everywhere you want easily.

I don't recommend it at all, Reception staff is rude. noise from the street. No fridge or air conditioning
